Abilities & Physical Abnormalities:
Physically no. With his Advent Deck he can transform into Kamen Rider Sting by holding it outward and saying 'Kamen Rider'. All Kamen Riders have what is called an Advent Deck and is their source of power for all Kamen Riders. Each Rider has their own Advent Beast in their deck which can give them additional power. Chris' particular Beast is a maroon manta ray-like creature by the name of Evildiver. While he doesn't have flight or super strength, as a Kamen Rider he has enhanced speed, durability and strength compareable to a major athlete. It's nothing too far outside the range of normal human though. In addition to his own strength as a Kamen Rider, his cards in his Advent Deck can help him in situations. The ones his uses most often are: Swing Vent which gives him a whip, Copy Vent which replicates or copies an opponent's weapon, Attack Vent which has Evildiver attack the opponent and Final Vent which he jumps onto Evildiver to use like a surfboard, and rams into his opponent. If this is considered, Chris also has a major case of asthma.

Personality:
Chris is someone who has no problem taking orders from people regardless of age or gender or anything else. He does however have trouble giving orders if he was put in such a situation. Being from a family of marines through four generations, has given Chris a bit of no confidance in his own abilities and has given serious doubts about himself. Generally soft-spoken, he rarely speaks his mind about subjects unless questioned. He considers his asthma a liability of himself on the battlefield. That isn't to say he's not brave. He tends to jump the gun sometimes, and when he deals with other authority types like his father, he'll rather meekly fall in line. He is rather intimidated by large problems as he can get rather stubborn when he thinks he's right. Chris is very loyal when you get to know him, and he trusts what few friends he has completely. He's also a bit naive and innocent when it comes to police and military figures and wouldn't dream of ignoring or disobeying them.

As a Kamen Rider in his own world, he deemed his asthma a liability because he in part felt he was in the way of Kit and Len's way stopping Xaviax. The other part was that after he was discharged from the Marines he felt powerless during the meeting with Marine doctor and felt at the core that maybe something was wrong with him to have failed completely. As his father always says 'let the training guide you', Chris felt he had better just let the other Riders take care of this because he couldn't even help himself. While he had initially believed his asthma gives him the firm belief that heart is no good without strength, he ever so slowly changed his mind in no short way thanks to Len and Kit. Chris initially thought he couldn't face his failure but with the bonds he made with Kit, Len, and Maya made him think twice and tried to keep a cool head during battles. He took Len's advice at heart and tried his hardest to learn his lessons and training. The reason why he's brave is because he's loyal, trustworthy, and selfless. He would put himself at risk long before his friends would have. A self sacrificing person, he would take other people's feelings and thoughts into consideration before his own.

In short, he is a young man who just wants to make his friends and family proud of him. Chris would risk his very life for those he cares for. While very softspoken, he will not give up on his friends as they won't give up on him. He would rather die than betray those he cares for. He's very protective of all his friends, even if he tends to give up on himself. His friends would never give up on him, and over time he may say his own self-worth.

What are your plans for the character in-game?
Seeing as Chris has major confidance problems, I would like for him to have been in some situation to to be more assertive and proactive. I also would like him to try to make some friends as he's normally very shy and quiet and doesn't really socialize very well.

Anything else?
As stated before, Chris has a case of asthma so he's likely to be visiting the doctor's office for medicine every so often.  As this app is reapp for the character I'm using the original application and starting fresh.

IC
Complete TWO out of the FOUR options.
i) IC Questionnaire (can be found on the application page)

(As this questionnaire is entirely IC, your character is free to lie.)
What do you prefer to be known as? Chris is fine.
How old are you? Nineteen.

Do you have any history in combat? I was a marine for a short time so yes.
If so, have you ever killed? People no, but I have destroyed monsters.

i) How do you feel when you get involved in some project that calls for immediate and rapid activity?

ii) Do you organize and initiate leisure activities? No. I uh. Don't really have the time.

iii) What role do you take when working in a group? Background voice mostly, only talking when someone talks to me or my voice is needed.

iv) How talkative are you around other people? Not... very much, sadly.

v) What three things would you want to have with you on a desert island? State your reasoning. My three friends Kit, Maya, and Len. Without them I wouldn't be here today. They make life worth living.

vi) Is it important to be liked by a wide range of people? Not really. There's a select group of people I trust, and that's enough for me.

vii) When the odds are against you, is it worth taking a chance? Yes I would. I've done so before.

viii) Do you consider yourself to be an impulsive person? Not really.

ix) Would you agree that planning things ahead takes the fun out of life? It helps to plan certain things ahead, but if you plan everything it doesn't help when things don't go according to plan. So to answer the question: for the most part yes. Though there are exceptions.

x) Do you like surprises? I'm kind of indifferent. I don't hate surprises, but I'm not a big fan of them either.

xi) Do you sometimes wonder if there is something wrong with you? Um... Can we skip the question please?

xii) Do you consider yourself to be smarter than your superiors, and disagree with their decisions? It would depend on the situation. If it will cost lives yes, I would disagree. However if not, I would probably not say anything.

xiii) Lastly, how do you feel about cabbages? I'm not sure. They're kind of bland.

ii) Prose sample (can be general or a response to the post's prompt).

After Chris had left Kit's home (in quite a hurry, he knew) he really didn't know what he should do. He felt awful that he couldn't help Len and Kit with Xaviax and Strike. He knew that if he got himself involved he'd only become a liability. He walked through to Gramercy Heights Park to clear his head. Chris then reached into his pocket and quietly pulled out his maroon Advent Deck, staring at it for a moment. Chris had long felt the need to prove himself to his father, a Marine like he used to be. However he knew his father wouldn't listen to him or to reason. He sat down on a nearby park bench to think over his problems.

Chris murmured softly, mostly to himself. "How did everything get so wrong? I know that Dad wouldn't like this, the situation I'm in and how I'm going about it." But what else was there for him to do? He couldn't very well continue the path that Xaviax was putting him on, nor could he help Len and Kit fight against Xaviax and Strike. He wished he could help, that his asthma wasn't terrible enough to prevent him from helping out. During the fight with Thrust however... It was apparent to Chris that he would just put his newfound friends at risk. And no amount of faith or training would change that, unfortunately. Ever since he left his father's home and came to Gramercy Heights, he now knew that his father just felt a deep disappointment with him and refused to admit that his son had a medical discharge. There was really nothing more to say or do. Trying to tell his father something he wouldn't hear simply wouldn't work. Chris put his Deck back into his shirt pocket and just sighed.
